On this newer FP1 model, the feed rate is infinitely variable in three axes, and the machine also has rapid traverse in these axes. A great advantage is the active 3-axis digital display. With this Heidenhain line control you can enter dimensions which the machine automatically approaches. The FP1 was in a training company where it was only used occasionally.
