The GP 1000 2Z is an outstanding, versatile deburring machine designed for cleaning sheet metal after various cutting processes. This model is fitted with two ‘Z’-type oscillating and rotating heads. What does this mean in practice? The rounding of the teeth is obtained by coordinating alternative movement of
the cutter and rotary movement of the piece. The alternative movement of the
cutter is obtained by rotating a cam, shaped in order to obtain radius or cusp
rounding. A series of 4 cams allows to work modululus from 1 and 16 included.
