Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: NVT, type of input current: DC, warranty duration: 24 months, overall weight: 30 kg, filling weight (max.): 30,000 g, input voltage: 220 V, pressure: 2 bar, tank capacity: 30 l, New filling machine that can be used for filling liquids. This includes: Milk Water Alcohol Disinfectant Fpedpfx Akjrivxcsyen Etc. A very robust machine that operates on air and 220V, plug and play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. A very small compressor is sufficient to get this machine running. This can also be supplied with the machine. For this, we recommend a minimum 12L version. The filling machine has a 1000ml cylinder, allowing it to fill a maximum of 1000ml per stroke. By having the machine perform multiple strokes, multiples of this amount can also be filled easily. For example, 2500ml can be filled by performing two strokes of 1250ml each. The smallest stroke is 100ml, and any amount between 100 and 1000ml can be filled in a single stroke. We also have models with a cylinder that can fill up to 5000ml per stroke. Equipped with a suction hose, allowing the machine to draw directly from a drum or IBC. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine continuously fills, allowing for easy and quick filling of larger quantities. The foot pedal allows filling at your own pace. Depending on the operator and the amount of milliliters, between 15 and 25 units can be filled per minute. This makes it a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15/20kg and can be easily placed on a table. It is entirely made of stainless steel, making it a very high-quality machine. If you have any questions, please email us, and we will be happy to assist you with this or another machine. We also have a labeling machine that is a very good complement to the filling machine. We strive to respond to you within 24 hours. We are also available by telephone. We are happy to assist you on working days between 08:30 and 17:00.

Year of construction: 2022, condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: TAG ARTENA-03722-1/11, The TAG Artena 16-channel Weighing and Filling Machine is a fully automated, multi-product weigher designed for accurately portioning delicate small- and medium-sized loose fruit and vegetable products into trays. This machine is integrated at the upstream end of the production line, positioned before the packing and labelling machines. Products are loaded in bulk onto the weighing machine's conveyor belt, then directed onto the feed conveyors via a dynamic hopper and placed into trays. Trays are destacked and sorted onto the indexed conveyor. The filling process occurs in four steps, during which the trays are weighed in-line using patented technology. The machine is controlled via a touch-screen control panel, providing a comprehensive overview of its functions. Fedpfx Aksykam Doyopn Key product and machine performance specifications: • Weighing and filling system for delicate fruits • Feeding belts made from special soft material to prevent bruising of stone fruit • 8+8 multi-product weighing units • Enhanced product shelf-life due to reduced drop heights • Linear combination and/or counting operation logic • Three-way automatic dual tray/basket destacker • Multi-format, double-lane automatic tray/basket conveyor • Tray weight: from 300 grams up to 1,500 grams • Tray size: from 65x65xh25 mm to 200x200xh110 mm • Tray shapes: square, rectangular or round • Multi-material trays: plastic, plastic-free, cardboard, and other materials • Easy touch-screen control • User-friendly interface, ready for in-line connections • Automatic format changeover • Production statistics • Electrical connections for downstream machine synchronization • Button-operated clam-shell closing device • Two-to-one channel converger conveyor Main construction features: • Stainless steel frame • Sorting belt with support surface for crate tipping • 2 product feed elevator belts • 8+8 multi-product weighing units (patented system) • Clam-shell closing device • Automatic multi-format tray destacker • Food-grade PU motorized conveyor belts • Tray diverters • Synchronized step-by-step belt movement using sensors and microcontrollers • Belt function logic managed by TAG dedicated microcontroller and software • Electrical connections for synchronization with downstream machines (flowpack or other) • Power supply: 220V 50Hz, 2.5kW consumption • Compressed air circuit, minimum pressure 7 bar • Hardwired internet connection for remote support All line command and control functions are managed via a tablet supplied with the machine, serving as the HMI and onboard operator panel. Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: nvt, overall weight: 25 kg, Brand new filling machine / filling machine / Dosing machine which can be used for filling liquids, pastes, creams, oils, etc. Suitable for almost all liquids but also thicker substances. At this point you could think of: Shampoos Creams Honey Jam Milk Yogurt Water Fjdpfjrivv Eox Akyjpn Alcohol Pesto Disinfection Etc. Very solid machine made from high-quality stainless steel that runs on air and 220v, Plug and Play! Extremely suitable for filling small batches. A very small compressor is enough to get this machine working. This can be supplied if necessary. For this we recommend at least a 12L version. The filling machine has a 500ml cylinder so that it can fill a maximum of 500ml per stroke. By allowing the machine to deliver multiple strokes, a multiple of these is also fine. This also applies to 750ml by giving 2 x 375ml. The smallest stroke is 50ml, everything between 50 and 500ml can be lost in 1 stroke. We also have a model that has a cylinder of 100ml and can therefore fill between 5ml and 100ml per stroke. We would like to inform you further about this. It has a large 25L funnel, and it is also possible to connect the IBC or a 200L barrel to work even faster with large filling quantities. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and auto mode. In the auto mode, the machine continues to fill continuously and larger quantities can be filled easily and quickly. The speed between fillings can be adjusted. The foot pedal allows you to fill at your own pace. Depending on the operator and number of ML, between 15-25 units per minute can be filled. Which makes this a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15/20kg and can easily be placed on a table. Made entirely from stainless steel, a very high-quality machine. If you have any questions, please email us and we will be happy to help you with this or another machine. We also have a label machine which forms a very good combination with the filling machine. We aim to respond to you within 24 hours. Of course we can also be reached by telephone. We are happy to assist you on working days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
