Overview These HERPASA self-emptying stainless steel tanks, designed as 30,000 liter autovaciante tanks, are suitable for wine production and similar beverage processing applications. The tanks are installed as a group of vertical stainless steel vessels and are equipped with bottom cone discharge systems for efficient product emptying and solids handling. The tanks are manufactured from AISI 304 / AISI 316 stainless steel and feature a 45° bottom cone, rectangular access doors, cooling jackets, temperature monitoring, product connections, and an internal mechanical extraction / rotating discharge system. The available drawings and photos show a robust industrial tank configuration with cooling surfaces, lower discharge equipment, and external piping for wine circulation or transfer.
