Machine Description
1. Worktable
Sectioned vacuum worktable with FOUR independent vacuum zones, manufactured from rigid and durable HPL panels.
Each zone features vacuum ports connected via a piping system to the vacuum pump.
Main vacuum openings are fitted with sealing plugs, allowing efficient clamping of workpieces in various sizes.
T-slots are also provided for manual workpiece clamping when required.
2. HQD Spindle
High-quality 9 kW brushless HQD spindle, powered by an inverter with built-in overload protection.
High-speed electro-spindle equipped with an innovative air-cooling system.
Designed for automatic tool changing (ATC), significantly reducing machining time by eliminating manual tool changes.
3. Drive System
High-performance, energy-efficient Leadshine 1500 W AC servo drives with high holding torque (dual drive on the Y-axis), controlled by the NK-105 G3 digital controller, ensuring excellent machining quality at high feed rates.
Brushless servo motors driving the X and Y axes through precision planetary gearboxes.
The Z-axis, where positioning accuracy is critical, is driven by a reinforced precision ball screw.
X and Y axis movement is transmitted through HIWIN linear guideways and precision helical rack-and-pinion drives, manufactured from hardened and heat-treated steel for long-term reliability.
All axes are equipped with professional HIWIN linear guide rails, which undergo strict quality inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
4. Machine Construction
The moving gantry is manufactured from a cast iron casting, providing exceptional rigidity and excellent vibration damping during machining operations, resulting in improved surface finish and machining accuracy.
5. 8-Position Tool Changer & Tool Length Sensor
Equipped with an 8-position linear automatic tool changer (ATC), supplied with ISO30 tool holders and ER32 collets.
