WPC/PVC co-extrusion line

Cincinnati Fiberex T58

Selling due to a closure our WPC/PVC profile extrusion line consisting of:
1) Main extruder: manufactured by Cincinnati Austria 2003, model Fiberex T58, twin-screw, conical, counter-rotating, screw diam 58mm, motor 39 kW (DC), screws and barrel TC coated. The extruder is designed for WPC profile production but could be re-set for other product and/or type of plastic. Low running hrs.
2) Co-extruder: manufactured by Liansu in 2017, model LSE-38, twin-screw, conical, counter-rotating, screw diam 38mm, motor 11 kW (AC), screws and barrel TC coated, horizontal dosing feeder, double degassing filter, has own control cabinet, able to run synchronic with main extruder or stand-alone.
3) Calibration table: manufactured by Weber in 2010, calibration length 4m, SS water bath, adjustments up/dwn, left/right, body dimensions 4000×1100×1200mm

4) Haul-off unit: manufactured by Technoplast Austria, double caterpillar track driven by 2x 2.2 kW AC motors, hauling size 240mm (W) x 2700mm (L), speed range 0～6.75m/min adjusted DC drive. Machine combined with cutting saw (diam 400mm) unit, cutting height 100mm, precision cutting length adjustment by Autonics controller.

5) Stacker: pneumatic discharge, length 6m.

The line is in good working condition, could be demonstrated on-site by appointment. Optional equipment: vertical Kramer-feeder for pulp materials (made by Cincinnati), pneumatic material auger Simatic, optional replacing the co-extruder made by battenfeld-Cincinnati K38, etc.etc.
