Among the supported formats are standard Bordolese bottles, larger Bordolese variants, and two additional format types adaptable through format change parts. Format changeover is performed by replacing the necessary components, allowing the operator to configure the machine for the required bottle height, diameter, and closure specifications.


Technical Operation and Capabilities


The Used ROPP Capping Machine Arol 6 Heads 6000 BPH is built around a rotary turret design, where bottles are fed into the starwheel infeed system, indexed into position beneath each capping head, and securely held during the capping cycle. The six heads operate in a continuous motion, ensuring that each bottle is capped while the turret rotates, eliminating the stop-and-go motion typical of inline systems and enabling higher throughput.


Each capping head is engineered with precision rolling elements and spring-loaded mechanisms to accommodate minor variations in bottle height and neck profile, ensuring consistent closure application without damaging the glass or deforming the aluminium caps. An integrated bottle clamping system holds each container securely during the capping operation, preventing rotation of the bottle while allowing the cap to be formed precisely.
