Description

Complete compact vertical packaging system including auger dosing unit, screw conveyor and outfeed conveyor. Suitable for powdery products with a high or a low fluidity. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air expeller/exhausting device (expels air from the bag before closing – vacuum is not generated), supporting device of finished bags, euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: up to 5000ml; film width: max. 620mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. L(80-400)xW(180-300); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 45 cycles/min; stainless steel 304; 220V, 5kW; 6bar, 0.4m³/min; packaging machine dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1780x1850x1950mm; machine weight: 700kg. The auger dosing unit has a capacity up to 50l (hopper) and following specifications: filling range: 10-5000g; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 40 cycles/min; accuracy: ±0.3~1.5% (depending on product); 380V, 3kW; auger filler dimensions LxWxH: 600x1250x1200mm; weight: 220kg. Screw conveyor for automatic transport of powdery materials to the auger filler. The vibration motor assured an evenly product flow. Capacity of infeed hopper up to 150 l. - Specifications: Hopper, conveyor length and angle can be customized to meet individual customer requirements. Total dimension depends on it. Length of conveyor: 3~4m; stainless steel 304; conveying speed: : 3.0m³/h - 12.0m³/h; 380V, 0.8kW-4.1kW; weight: 130kg – 270kg. Deviations from specifications are possible. Supporting pole optional. The outfeed conveyor has a stainless steel 304 frame. - Specifications: conveying speed 30m/min; 220V, 0.55kW; conveyor dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230mm; weight: 80kg. Total dimensions of complete system approximately L2980xW3650xH2600mm, depending on final layout. Generally the system has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules and machines are possible.
