Stand-alone Auger Filler with weight feedback via load cell and dual speed filling (fast volume filling and then slow accurracy top up), including pneumatic flap to stop product after filling and including dustproof cover. SIEMENS PLC controlled with SIEMENS Touch Screen. - Specifications: Hopper volume: 100 liter; filling weight: 1.000-50.000g; stainless steel version with servo motor; packing accuracy: 0-0.2% (at 1-20kg), 0-0.1% (at 20kg and more) (depending on product and total weight); max. speed of the machine in neutral: 30 cycles/min; power: 380V, 3.2kW; machine dimensions: L1130xW950xH2800mm; weight: 500kg.
