MAXIMUM PRODUCTION POTENTIAL : 45.000 Ton QUANTITY PRODUCED / YEAR FOR MEDIUM DIAMETER: 29756 / galvanized + zincalu The installed power of the burners of the galvanizing wire line is 2100 kW for the furnace, which switches off when the line does not produce, and 1700 kW for the tanks, which are always on. The pumps of the cooling towers of the galvanizing wires have a power of 5.5 and 7.5 kW, with the following flow rate - head: • 7.5 kW pump: 45 - 25, 120 – 18 • 5.5 kW pump: 20 - 21, 48 - 11 We confirm that the galvanizing line is complete with use and maintenance manuals, all wiring diagrams and installation drawings. We can confirm that it can do medium carbon 0.6% and even 0.8%, but only on some passages because there is the right engine power. The diameter is 600 mm. Speed on diameter 2 is 60 meters / minute and on other diameters it is 120 meters / minute. In the 2 zinc tanks (“zinc kettle”) we have a total of about 140 tons of molten zinc (70 + 70), while in the zincalu tank (“zincalu kettle”) we have about 25 tons of molten zincalu; therefore in total there are about 165 tons of molten metal. The burners are natural gas, have a consumption of about 75 m3 / ton.
