Description
All robots are manufactured by Sepro - featuring 5 axes (5-axis: Cartesian + 2-axis servo wrist).
Suitable for injection moulding machines (IMM) with a clamping force of approx. 120 to 450 metric tons.
Horizontal stroke (X-axis): approx. 1,500 to 6,000 mm, configurable in 500-mm increments.
Demould (transverse) stroke: approx. 700 mm, with a maximum instantaneous speed of ~3 m/s.
Vertical stroke (direct arm): approx. 1,200 mm, with a maximum instantaneous speed of ~4 m/s.
Maximum payload (including parts and end-of-arm tooling “EOAT”): approx. 10 kg.
Control system: Sepro Visual 3 control system, with features such as path-tracking, digital vacuum switch, etc.
Wrist: 2-axis servo wrist (R1 and R2) for advanced part manipulation.
