The EM7-25™ is a patented, automated machine for the “On-Demand Packaging” process, designed for use in a wide range of industries. The EM7-25™ system, developed in Sweden, offers a range of advanced features for cardboard production, including longitudinal and transverse cutting, scoring, perforating, and die-cutting of handles and openings. The machine supports the “Lean Packaging” concept and also enables material feed in the reverse direction (so-called *Back-Feeding*), allowing for an unlimited variety of cardboard designs that are precisely tailored to the respective product dimensions.
The EM7-25™ model can be seamlessly integrated into the PackNet.Server® software, which is used for production control and process optimization. This provides those responsible for the packaging process with the necessary tools and analysis data to efficiently coordinate and control both single and series production, as well as highly complex processes in the manufacture of corrugated cardboard packaging.
A configurable user interface provides easy access to local reports on machine operation and is controlled via an integrated control panel.
