The Vacomat 350 XP TWIN is a high-performance dust extraction unit and a true energy-saving marvel among mobile dust extractors. Two frequency-controlled motors (5.5 kW each) ensure that the suction power is adjusted accordingly, especially under highly variable operating conditions. This ensures that only the energy that is actually needed is consumed. This dust extractor handles air volumes of up to 10,000 m³/h and is ideally suited for extracting dust from large CNC machines or entire machining centers.
The innovative and highly intelligent control system automates the extraction process in conjunction with the connected machines. Extraction starts automatically as soon as a connected machining center is switched on. If the power requirement is lower, only one fan is started. As soon as several extraction points are in operation, the second fan is automatically switched on.
As standard, the filter sleeves are cleaned automatically during operating breaks, as soon as all connected machining centers are switched off.
Our patented filter shaking system then ensures gentle cleaning via a pneumatic/mechanical process using a compressed air connection (inlet pressure 6 bar, air consumption per cleaning cycle approx. 11 l).
Optionally, and particularly recommended for very high and extremely fine dust concentrations, such as gypsum dust, an efficient pressure pulse cleaning system is available. The cleaning process via the compressed air tank takes place offline, after the extraction operation (NOTE: height then +100 mm and length +350 mm).
