The previously milled fruit is gently pressed between a high-quality polypropylene belt that runs over specially designed press rollers. After the initial press cycle, the pomace is conveyed via a return chute into a smaller pressing area for further compaction—maximizing juice yield. Automatic belt tensioning is provided by pneumatic drives, ensuring consistent and reliable operation. At the end of the process, an end scraper cleanly removes the pomace from the belt and discharges it from the press. The extracted juice passes through an integrated filter belt into the juice collection tank, from where it is efficiently pumped out.
