Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2018, Marel 2730 salmon filleting machine with back and belly trim The Marel MS 2730 is an automated salmon filleting machine designed to maximize yield and throughput, capable of processing up to 25 fish per minute. It features automated size adjustments via a touch screen, includes advanced back and belly trimming, and is built for easy operation and hygiene. The machine accommodates salmon from 1.5 to 8 kg, with optional kits available for smaller fish, and is part of Marel's larger processing solutions. Key Features and Capabilities Automated Processing: The MS 2730 automatically adjusts to different fish sizes and uses electronically controlled tools to maintain high quality and consistent results. High Throughput: It can fillet up to 25 salmon per minute, increasing production efficiency. Improved Yield: The design includes a set of circular knives that capture meat near the center bone, significantly increasing fillet yield. User-Friendly Operation: A multilingual color touch screen provides easy and safe control over all operations, with pre-programmed settings for different fish sizes. Compact Design: The machine has a compact footprint, allowing for easier integration into existing processing lines. Technical Specifications Fish Size: Standard 1.5 to 8 kg, with a kit available for fish as small as 500 g. Water Consumption: Approximately 15 liters per minute. Power Requirements: Operates on 3 x 400V and requires a 3.3 kW power supply. Benefits for Processors Efficiency: Streamlines workflow with automated adjustments and high-speed processing. Itsdpfsy Aul Tox Ahbon Quality & Yield: Produces high-quality fillets by including more meat and minimizing waste. Flexibility: Accommodates various fish sizes and is part of a larger, integrated system for comprehensive processing solutions. Cost-Effectiveness: Optimized water consumption reduces operating costs. The fish is fed into the machine belly down, which makes the infeed much easier and faster. An additional set of circular knives cuts the fish from vent to tail. This cut raises yield, as the meat close to the center bone is included in the fillets. For the belly bone cut, 4 sets of finger pressures secure maximum control of the fish and enable optimum cutting of both pre-rigor and post-rigor fillets. The result is high-quality fillets with higher yield and output. The MS 2730 automatically adjusts to various fish sizes, so there is no need to adjust once the program has been switched on. The MS2730 can process up to 25 fish per minute, depending on the length of the fish. With the built-in system for measuring the fish´s profile and size, the electronically controlled cutting tools can automatically adjust the filleting program to the fish´s size and shape. The result is higher throughput, quality and yield depending on trim specifications. With the optional small fish kit installed, the MS 2730 is capable of filleting fish weighing from 500 g up to 4 kg. Manufacturer: Marel Model: MS 2730 Year: 2018 Capacity: 25 fish per minute Fish size: 1,5-8 kg. Power Supply: 400/230V / 50 Hz Power: 5,5 kW Water consumption: 15 liter/min. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2022, operating hours: 5,098 h, Baader 581 Pro Filleting Machine The BAADER 581 Pro is one of the latest innovations in the filleting section from BAADER. It represents probably the most powerful and advanced filleting machine in the world. These in-depth studies resulted in the development of the BAADER 581 Pro’s most innovative optional feature: the dynamic back knife. The optional dynamic back knife offers outstanding possibilities for increasing the yield of the fillet and makes BAADER 581 Pro a yield winner. Depending on the fish's anatomy, the knives are automatically adapting to the upper back area of every single salmonid leaving as little flesh on the frame as a hand filleter would. Very narrow in the tail section but opening up to the wider backbones in the neck area. The result changes the common understanding of yield expectations for machine filleting. The new layout of the BAADER 581 Pro has a 20% smaller footprint compared to its predecessor by streamlining the housing. The recently designed housing also reduces processing noise for a quieter production atmosphere. It features individual fish measurement, offering operational flexibility for a wide range of fish species and different kinds of conditions. Condition: used, The set on offer is a complete MAREL SmartLine Grader weighing and sorting system in Dual Lane configuration, featuring two independent belts, each served by its own row of sorting output bins on the side of the machine, allowing for higher throughput than a single-lane configuration. The set additionally includes 2 infeed conveyors, model INF-PROL 031-02, 2 dynamic weighing stations (Dynamic Weighing Unit, model DWU, year 2014, range 250 g–6 kg), and 2 sorting stations (target batcher). The system is designed mainly for fish products but works well with most other food products too. How does the MAREL SmartLine Grader Dual Lane system work? Product is fed onto the line via two infeed conveyors, model INF-PROL 031-02, which deliver raw material to the weighing stations in a steady, controlled manner. Each of the two dynamic weighing stations (DWU) measures the weight of individual product pieces within a range of 250 g to 6 kg, passing the data to the control system. Based on the measured weight and programmed sorting criteria, the two sorting stations (target batcher) direct the product to the appropriate output bins, enabling precise batching to a target weight with minimal giveaway. The open, hygienic IP69K-rated construction allows for fast disassembly and pressure washdown, while an intuitive touchscreen panel provides ongoing monitoring and control of the sorting process. Key advantages of the MAREL SmartLine Grader Dual Lane system The Dual Lane configuration, with two independent belts and separate rows of sorting output bins, handles significantly higher production volumes than single-lane systems while maintaining high sorting precision. The doubled set of infeed conveyors, weighing stations, and sorting stations allows for two independent lines to run in parallel or for doubled throughput on a single process. The high weighing accuracy of the DWU stations minimizes product giveaway, translating directly into raw material savings across overall production. The hygienic, open-frame IP69K-rated construction, together with fast disassembly and reassembly, makes it easier to maintain the high cleanliness standards required in the food industry, while integration with MAREL software provides real-time production insight and batch traceability.
