Condition: used, Year of construction: 2002, power: 90 kW (122.37 HP), The CFS ChunkMaster 400 industrial grinder is a heavy-duty machine designed for meat processing plants that require exceptional performance, consistent raw material particle size, and the highest quality finished product. The machine is based on the proven Wolfking/CFS grinding platform, later continued as part of the GEA product portfolio, which is why the ChunkMaster 400 enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry for its reliability, durability, and low maintenance costs. Hjdpfxjzmgqtj Aqtju Technical Specifications of the CFS ChunkMaster 400 Meat Grinder Manufacturer: CFS Model: ChunkMaster 400 Equipment type: Industrial meat grinder Year of manufacture: 2002 Grinding system diameter: Ø400 mm Power supply: 400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz Current draw: 162 A Power: 90 kW Dimensions: What is the CFS ChunkMaster 400 meat grinder used for? The ChunkMaster 400 is designed for grinding a wide range of meat raw materials: beef, pork, poultry, fat, and trimmings, as well as fresh, chilled, and slightly tempered meat. The machine is well-suited as part of a raw material preparation line for the production of sausages, ground meat mixtures, burgers, pet food, and convenience products. The large feed hopper, with a diameter of Ø400 mm, allows for the processing of significant quantities of raw material while ensuring gentle handling of the product and minimal temperature increase during grinding—which directly impacts the quality and shelf life of the finished product. Design and Cutting System The ChunkMaster 400 grinder is equipped with a robust stainless steel frame, a durable feed auger, and an industrial gearbox designed for continuous operation in large meat processing plants. The raw material feeding system ensures a smooth and uniform product flow, minimizing compression—thereby preserving the natural structure of the muscle tissue and resulting in a higher-quality final product. The machine can be configured with various Unger cutting sets, allowing for raw material particle sizes ranging from coarse pre-grinding to fine grinding, depending on the blades and screens used. Key advantages of the CFS ChunkMaster 400 grinder Large grinding system with a diameter of Ø400 mm, Exceptionally high production capacity, Gentle handling of raw materials, Minimal temperature increase during grinding, Excellent preservation of meat particle structure, Industrial-grade, heavy-duty gearbox and hygienic stainless steel construction, facilitating access for cleaning and maintenance, Easy access to replacement parts; screens, cutting blades, and drive belt included One of the greatest advantages of the ChunkMaster 400 grinder is the continued availability of replacement parts. Many mechanical components remain compatible with later CFS MaxiGrind and GEA MaxiGrind series, and independent manufacturers continue to offer OEM replacements—which significantly facilitates the long-term operation and servicing of this machine.
