Condition: used, Year of construction: 2014, filter area: 150 m², suction capacity: 15,000 m³/h, The WELDEX FT series of filtration towers has been specially designed for the efficient removal of welding fumes in production facilities. These units are primarily intended for extracting contaminated air during the welding of large or complex metal parts, where conventional fume extraction directly at the source is impractical. Fine particles are captured by M-class filter cartridges, and the filters are automatically cleaned during operation using a pulse jet of compressed air (pulse cleaning). Hjdpfxsxg Icks Aggeu The WELDEX FT filtration tower is positioned at the center of the workspace. Fume-laden ambient air is drawn in at the top of the unit from the surrounding area, filtered, and then returned to the hall draught-free through two side outlets. The three-section dust collection drawer gathers separated contaminants from both the pre-separator chamber and the filter compartment. Welding fume extraction for production halls (workplace ventilation systems) Ideal for all work areas where selective extraction is impractical: - Metal industry - Mechanical engineering - Automotive industry - Vehicle manufacturing - Aircraft construction - Shipbuilding - and many more High-performance welding fume extraction for manufacturing plants No need for ductwork installation Easy to install – ready for immediate use Durable, cleanable filter cartridges = low operating costs Efficient fume extraction using thermal lift from the welding process Compact design = minimal space required Flexible application = can be relocated at any time Brand: ESTA Model: WELDEX FT-150 Specifications: Motor power: 11 kW Capacity: up to 15,000 m3/h Vacuum: 2,000 Pa Filter surface area: 150 m2 Weight: 1,400 kg Year of manufacture: 2014 Dimensions: Width: 2.10 m x 1.40 m Height: 3.65 m Stock no.: 1031

Condition: used, We offer a used Poly-clip ICA 8700 Double-Clipper – an industrial automatic double clipping machine designed for closing casings in the production of meat products, formed hams, slicing products, large-calibre sausages and other food products requiring tight and repeatable clipping. The Poly-clip ICA model was designed for large calibres and formed products. The machine can be used with fibrous, collagen and plastic casings. Thanks to the iris separation system, the unit allows short and symmetrical product ends to be achieved, together with an aesthetic and repeatable closing result. The ICA 8700 Double-Clipper can operate together with vacuum fillers and ham pumps, creating an automated station for filling and closing products. After filling, the machine gathers the casing, separates the product and applies clips, which helps increase process efficiency and reduce manual work. The machine is particularly suitable for the production of formed hams, whole-muscle products, mortadella, large-calibre sausages, matured products, slicing products and products packed in casings requiring strong and tight closure. Poly-clip ICA is a machine designed for plants that need an efficient, hygienic and repeatable clipping system for industrial food production. The stainless steel construction makes cleaning easier, while ergonomic operation supports smooth daily production work. Technical data: Manufacturer: Poly-clip System GmbH & Co.
