Are you looking for an unloader for your guillotine, such as a Polar Transomat? This Knorr system can be used to unload your guillotine, offering a productivity-enhancing alternative to a pile lift.
The Knorr unloader picks up the paper lifts using a clamp gripper and deposits them on the pallet with precise edge alignment. For this application, the unloader is positioned to the left of the guillotine.
Additional application: Jogging and palletising counted paper sheets
In combination with the included Knorr jogger and Bizerba sheet-counting scale, the system can also be used to stack and palletise counted batches of paper sheets.
The sheet count is determined by weight using the paper-counting scale. The paper lift is then precisely aligned in the automatic jogger, and trapped air is expelled using the air-expulsion roller. The unloader picks up the prepared lift with its clamp gripper and deposits it on the pallet with precise edge alignment.
