Four air cushions are usually produced per work cycle. Various formats can be produced. 10 programs are available for storing several parameters. By calling up the corresponding program on the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and with an individually defined degree of filling can be produced. The air cushion webs created in this way are wound into rolls using a motorized device. When the roll is full, the machine switches off automatically. The finished roll can then be removed manually and subsequently used as packaging material. The machine can be pushed using rollers and secured using brakes.
