The AB 180 OneStep feeds an Autobag chain bag unwound from a roll through the printer, opens it by means of compressed air, and prepares it for filling. The products are placed manually or via feeding systems into the bag. Subsequently, the bag is sealed using a foot switch or automatically. The integrated thermal transfer printer eliminates the need for offline labeling – printing and packaging are carried out in one step (“Print-n-Pack” / Next-Bag-Out technology). Ideal for fulfillment, mail order, spare parts, small and medium-sized series with frequent product changes.
