2-colour-machine, stand model, electro pneumatic control, closed ink system, ink cup ø: 90mm, cliché size: 2x100x250mm, incl. enlarged carré table with 10stations, the table is height-adjustable via spindle, pick-and-place station, enlarged pedestal, pad cleaning station with infinitely adjustable belt conveyor, corona generator with 1electrode (60mm), extraction unit with adjustable fan to suction the ozone at the corona device and to suction the solvents fumes at the ink cups, pad blowing system with adjustable jointed hoses, pad pressure: 168kg when 6bar. - Option: micro fine adjustement for printing of empossed printing objects, feeding station, suitable drying system, flaming station, optical registration.
Sturdy housing made of aluminium cast, electro-pneumatic control, clear touchscreen display with modern microprocessor control, optional signal outputs for connection of peripherals. Stand models with sturdy torsion-resistant support out of steel plate with an extended downward adjustment of the feeding table to positioning of higher objects. European/Japanese pneumatic elements, low running by air sound absorbers, print parameter adjustable via display, closed ink system with register pins for magnetic fastening, ink cups with ceramic doctor ring, contact pressure adjustable via magnetic adjustment. All machines equipped with safety plates at the sides as well as emergency switch and foot switch. Needed connection: compressed air 6bar, 230V, 50cycles. Delivery time 14-16 weeks
