Now we can offer a top-of-the-line sorting plant from SGA Conveyor. The system has been used as a demo, so it has never been in active use(!). With this pusher sorter, a highly efficient solution is offered for mainly distribution or e-commerce, with the capacity to handle up to an impressive 4,000 parcels per hour. This facility is designed to meet the needs of businesses that require a really fast and reliable sortation with many sorting possibilities. The system is compatible with a wide range of parcel sizes and types, from small bags to larger cartons. The minimum size of the packages is 150x150x20 mm, while the largest ones can be up to 600x500x500 mm. The system can handle packages weighing up to 25 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of products.

The sorting facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art Datalogic camera that reads both barcodes and QR codes for accurate identification of parcels. The sorting facility is also equipped with a volume measuring system from Datalogic that measures length, width and height, ensuring correct sorting based on these dimensions.

The sorting lanes are 4,000 mm long with a width of 900 mm, providing ample space for unloading sorted parcels. The total length of the system is approximately 80 meters, but it can be installed in several rounds, which means it can be adapted to existing premises or to an expanding business area.

The system is CE marked, but additional safety netting is recommended if the system is not placed against a wall to avoid operators coming into contact with the pushers. Installation typically takes around 3 weeks, and SGA service engineers will work closely with you to ensure a smooth installation.

The sorting facility can easily be integrated with a superordinate system. In addition, there is the possibility to manage sorting logic directly in the control cabinet/HMI.

The system comes with an Atlas Copco screw compressor, known for its quiet operation and efficiency.
