The Plockmatic 350 BookletMaker, manufactured in 2017, is a professional finishing system designed for efficient booklet production. Currently in operation at a printshop in Germany, it offers a maximum sheet size of 320 x 457.2 mm and supports a wide range of paper formats and weights. Equipped with a square back feature, stitcher, folder, and face trimmer, it delivers high-quality, neatly finished booklets suitable for a variety of applications.



The system handles paper sizes from 206 x 275 mm up to 320 x 457.2 mm, producing finished booklets before trimming in sizes ranging from 206 x 137.5 mm to 320 x 228.6 mm. It supports stock weights from 64 to 350 gsm, depending on media type, and accommodates book thicknesses of 2 to 50 sheets (SD-500) or 2 to 35 sheets (SD-350) at 80 gsm, with the option to fold up to 2 sheets without staples. The integrated face trimmer allows trimming from 1 to 25 mm, while the optional RCT module provides a bleed trimmer (5 to 30 mm on each side) and rotation for smaller sheet sizes such as A4 and SRA4.
