Description
The Meca Plastic S3000 is a tray sealer: you place pre-formed trays with product in the tooling, the machine brings them under the sealing head and seals a top film onto them. The machine has a touchscreen with Dutch menus where the sealing temperature, pressure and speed are set per programme.
The tooling fitted takes two trays per cycle; tooling is matched to the tray size, so a different tray needs different tooling. The machine was built by Meca Plastic in Pouzauges, France. The type plate is there, but the filled-in fields are no longer legible, so year and serial number are not known.
