We use SIEMENS brand PLC microprocessors on automatic machines. There is mortar bunker and mortar filling cart on machines. We use inner filling system for mortar filling cart and it makes equal and fast filling to moulds. Production is done on production pallets, This production pallets should wait till the products dry and it takes around 24 hours if there is no curing system. The vibration system of machine is controlled by frequency driver controll system. It does not need any mechanic settings. It can easily adjusted from operator pannel. There is a special unit for that cycling process. Oil flow is controlled by special sensors. Special designed strong chassis of the machine enables long life production without errors. Produced materials can be carried to drying area with carriage carts or forklifts.
