Year of construction: 2024, condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, Sure. Below is a technical and commercial description suitable for product presentations, catalogs, or proposals: ### Mertmakina Mattress Packaging Machine with Integrated Quality Control System Itjdpfx Ahsz Dk Arebjn The Mertmakina mattress packaging machine is an industrial solution designed to automate and optimize the mattress packaging process, ensuring speed, uniformity, and quality in the final product packaging. The equipment integrates a quality control system, allowing for the monitoring of key stages in the packaging process and the identification of potential anomalies before the product leaves the line. #### Key Features * Automatic mattress feeding and positioning, ensuring a continuous and regular process. * Automatic packaging system, adapted to the dimensions and characteristics of different mattress models. * Control of the application and sealing of the packaging, ensuring a uniform and consistent finish. * Integrated quality control system, designed to verify process parameters such as positioning, packaging integrity, and proper sealing. * Error and anomaly detection, with the possibility of signaling or automatic rejection of units that do not meet the defined parameters. * Intuitive operating interface, allowing the operator to monitor the machine's status, adjust parameters, and consult process information. * Recording and monitoring of production and control data, contributing to traceability and continuous improvement of production. * Robust industrial construction, suitable for operation in continuous production environments. * Increased productivity and reduced manual intervention, while simultaneously reducing variability between packages. ### Integrated Quality Control The integration of quality control transforms the machine into a more complete production and inspection system. Each mattress can be monitored during the process, allowing verification of whether the packaging has been correctly applied and whether the product meets the previously defined parameters. When a condition outside the established limits is detected, the system can generate an alert for the operator and, depending on the installed configuration, automatically direct the product for inspection or rejection. In this way, the solution helps to reduce packaging errors, increase the consistency of the final product, improve traceability, and reduce waste. ### Result The Mertmakina mattress packaging machine, equipped with an integrated quality control system, provides a solution focused on automation, productivity, standardization, and process control, enabling companies to increase the efficiency of the production line and ensure a consistent final presentation of the mattresses.

Condition: good (used), overall weight: 400 kg, Skinetta ASK 450 Stretch Banding Machine Intended Use of the Machine Iodpfxsp U T Ifo Ahbjtn The stretch banding machines in the SKINETTA series are designed for tightly wrapping individual or multiple products with polyethylene film. In contrast to shrink-wrapping machines, the film is pulled tightly around the package before sealing. This tightening is the main advantage of this process, reducing film consumption by up to 20%. A particular advantage of the patented SKINETTA sealing system is the stepless, precise metering. The film is sealed (welded) in a very small area, creating a clean seal with minimal overhang. By using a SKINETTAther or SKINETTAshrink hot air hood and a sufficiently wide film, the protruding film overhang can be reduced laterally. This increases the stability of the container and prevents individual products from falling out sideways in correspondingly grouped containers. With suitable additional devices, a complete closure of the containers is possible by sealing, crimping, and folding the film laterally. The SKINETTA stretch banding machine program includes six basic models for film widths from 25 mm to 200, 290, 440, 590, 790, and 1250 mm. To increase output, two- to four-lane systems are available in addition to the single-lane version. - With the SK series (semi-automatic), the products are grouped on the machine table by an operator. Insertion into the film and the subsequent stretch banding process is triggered either by a foot switch or a two-hand control. Full automation is possible at a later date (except for the SK 200 model). - With the ASK series (fully automatic), the products are fed, grouped, and then banded fully automatically using appropriate additional equipment. A modular system of feeding, grouping, forming and special equipment based on over 20 years of experience allows adaptation to the most diverse customer tasks with proven standard elements.
