Used Ipetronik Innenraumsimulationsbox for sale (2)

Condition: new, IPETRONIK Type: Interior Climate Simulation Box Technical data and description of the system: IPETRONIK Interior Climate Simulation Box (new and unused) The interior climate simulation box is designed to simulate the passenger compartment for testing in a recirculated air mode. It has a variable interior volume of 1.8 to 4 m³. The exhaust air volume flow from the front evaporator or the air conditioning unit is regulated and fed into the interior. The interior climate simulation box is used to test only rear evaporators installed in the passenger compartment. The insulating housing is mounted on an aluminum profile frame with rollers. A light is installed in the chamber. The box is protected against overtemperature by a safety thermostat (Esti). If the permissible temperature is exceeded, a glass cartridge in the ESTI is destroyed. The system is stopped. (TRIGGER TEMPERATURE: 80°C) Technical data of the insulating chamber: Dimensions: External: Width 1,860 mm Depth 2,360 mm Height 1,360 mm Internal: Width 1,700 mm Depth 2,200 mm Height 1,200 mm Insulation: 80 mm polyurethane rigid foam, CFC-free, U-value 0.27 W/m2K, building material class B1 according to DIN 4102 Technical data and description of the system: Connection: Tongue-and-groove system with embedded eccentric locking catches. Surfaces: Both sides: 0.8 mm stainless steel sheet 1.4301, ground, grit 320 Floor design: 2.0 mm stainless steel sheet 1.4301, SM diamond pattern, non-slip, Floor with a 90° upturned edge around the perimeter (approx. 15 mm), floor sheet flush with the wall sheet, Pressure distribution plate made of laminated wood, can withstand a load of 1,500 N/rubber wheel (contact area > 4 cm2), 30,000 N/m2 surface load, floor joints completely welded, welded stainless steel pipe as a floor drain, leading downwards through the floor Chamber door: Hatch door, 1-leaf, 800 x 1200 mm i.L., DIN left, heated door frame (230 V), Heater tapes silicone-free, 4-sided sealing profile made of EPDM, Latch closure, lockable, emergency release, heated viewing window, 500 x 500 mm, 3-pane glazed, surface heating (230 V), frame heating (230 V), heating controlled externally, silicone-free edging Sliding wall: 1680 x 1180 mm, 80 mm polyurethane rigid foam, 0.8 mm stainless steel sheet 1.4301 on both sides, ground, grit 320, with protective film, closed with sheet metal on the reverse side (The rear wall can be adjusted manually and continuously to change the volume) Recirculation system: A heat exchanger (Systemair) for indirect temperature control is installed in the recirculation circuit for temperature control. The air is conveyed via a radial duct fan (Cosmo); heating is provided by an electric heater (Türk und Hillinger) integrated into the brine circuit. The heaters are continuously monitored by temperature monitors and limiters (Türk und Hillinger, Johnsson Controls). Cooling is provided by a secondary brine circuit with pumps (KSB) and a 3-way valve (Belimo). Installed electrical heating power 1 * 6kW. The mixing ratio is 50% water / 50% ethylene glycol. Power supply from station: =TME2++AS-QF21 Operating voltage: 400V Power: 17kW Rated current: 33A Fuse: 35A Control voltage: 24V DC /24V AC /230V AC PLC system: S7 300 Condition: used Lodpfx Aezd Ukpolbeah Scope of delivery: (See picture) (Changes and errors in the technical data are subject to change!)
