Construction and technology
The ZX7045 B1L drill-mill is designed as a compact yet fully industrial metal milling machine. Its heavy base and cast-iron body ensure high system rigidity. The cross table (1000 × 240 mm) features a precision-ground working surface, allowing accurate workpiece clamping.
The MT4 spindle taper enables the use of a wide range of tools, including end mills, face milling heads, and taper shank drills. The 1.8 kW (2.5 HP) motor, powered at 400 V, ensures stable performance even at larger milling diameters.
Precision and performance
With X/Y/Z travels of 560 / 190 / 430 mm, the machine supports a wide range of operations: drilling up to 32 mm in steel and 45 mm in cast iron, face milling up to 80 mm, and end milling up to 28 mm.
