These systems deliver superior performance in washing materials up to 7 mm in size. Their most significant advantage is their ability to retain even the finest particles, down to 90 microns, within the material. This ensures high-quality standards, particularly in applications where preserving micronized material is critical, such as in construction sand production. Material loss encountered in classic washing systems with helical or bucket designs is minimized thanks to CONSTMACH technology. Additionally, the system offers easy maintenance, durable polyurethane screen surfaces, and the advantage of easy storage of the dry final product. These features both reduce operating costs and ensure production continuity.
