Year of construction: 2020, condition: refurbished (used), Dear customers, To ensure a fast and reliable response to your inquiry, we kindly request that you contact us preferably via email. This way, we can directly assign your request to the appropriate contact person, gather all information and documents completely, and process your inquiry as quickly as possible. We look forward to hearing from you and are happy to assist you! For suction diameters from 120 to 700 mm. Please let us know your volumetric flow rate, and we will select the right cyclone for you. Various designs available: - Legs, made of painted square steel profiles - Cell wheel lock and transition piece with inspection flap - Inlet box with check valve - Tangential outlet with/without pressure relief area - Square outlet with/without pressure relief area - Sound insulation Of course, you can also purchase all accessories from us, such as fans, suction pipes, deflector hood, etc. Mode of operation: The contaminated air is introduced tangentially into the cylindrical upper part, causing the air to rotate. The material is forced outwards towards the circumference of the cyclone under the influence of centrifugal force and is discharged through the hole in the bottom. The cleaned air leaves the cyclone through the centrally located outlet pipe at the top. The separation efficiency increases with the feed rate, but so does the pressure loss and, consequently, the energy consumption. Therefore, it is important to find a good compromise. Hfsdpfx Aoftb Ebsb Usn We have developed a range of cyclones that are optimized for filtering large quantities of material. They are therefore very well suited for the wood/paper/recycling/grain and feed industries. Below, you can select the cyclone with the right size based on the air volume and a typical pressure drop in the range of 1000 Pa. Operating pressure +/- 5000 Pa

It offers the possibility of processing up to 8 different chemicals in tanks with varying numbers, depending on the process. All tanks are made of 316 SS and are insulated. The number of tanks and the number of heated tanks are determined according to the process steps. ✅The heating in the tank is done via gas heat exchangers. The processes can be monitored, and the times and temperatures of all processes can be set via the PLC touchscreen. ✅Any errors that occur in the system can be observed on the control panel. Automatic floats are located in the tanks; the system automatically stops if there is not enough water or chemicals in the tanks, and the liquid level is automatically replenished by transferring liquid between the tanks, ensuring the system remains safe. ✅There is a drain basin under all tanks. The drain basin is made of 316 SS. The tanks are made of 2 mm stainless steel 316. The material undergoes penetration testing and is argon-welded and sealed. The grates in the tank prevent dirt from entering the pumps. The interior of the cabinet consists of sandwich panels made of stainless steel 304, and the exterior is made of powder-coated sheet metal. ✅The panel thickness is 80 mm. It consists of stainless steel panels filled with polyurethane. PPT ring pipes and nozzles offer a long service life. ✅Thanks to the steam extraction fan, steam diffusion from the system into the work area is prevented. The washing system doors are container-like and sealed with silicone seals. The movable washing platform in the cabinet moves back and forth through the cabinet to wash the materials. The hoses are supported by the mobile carrier system. There are separate pumps for each process and a drain pump for draining liquids from the tanks. The drain pump is connected to the chemical drain tank. Hfodpfx Aofggcweb Usn ✅There are manual application guns for manual application for each process. The system has a manual mode for pretreatment. The drain time and process time can be set via the PLC control panel. The drain time applies to manual application.
