WORKING PRINCIPLE
The extraction fan is located at the top of the booth, at the end of the system. The pressurized air flow created by the fan carries the powder coating particles towards the filters and collects them on the outer surface of the filters. Powder coating filters are cartridge type and are cleaned during operation by a pull-reverse filter cleaning system. The pull-reverse system consists of pulse valves and a compressed air tank, controlled automatically or operated using manual buttons on the control panel.
POWDER RECYCLING
As a result of the filter cleaning system, powder coating particles fall down and are manually collected in a bucket at the bottom of the filter unit. This bucket can optionally be a simple drawer or can be with a sieve having a vibration motor with a powder pump to sift the powder coatings collected on it and transfer the sifted powders for reuse and send it to the powder recovery system for reuse.
The powder coating booth is designed as single-sided open type for manual powder coating. There is an electrical panel on the system and the electrical wiring up to the motors has been done.

VFDK powder booths are designed as an open wall cartridge filtered for manual powder coating use from one side.
Powder booths are manufactured of externally powder coated sheet metal structure with castor wheels at the ground. The system consists of filtration system with automatic cleaning, ventilation and electrical control panel. Long lasting 100% polyester cartridge filters are used for high efficiency.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Air flow generated by the extraction fan carries overspray powder coating particles to the filter unit and collects them at the outer surface of the filters. Filters are cleaned by pulse valve operated pull-reverse system during the operation. Powder coatings accumulated by this way at the ground of powder booth are collected manually in the drawer and can be reused after sieving.
A hopper with vibrated sieve can be added optionally for powder recycling.

Retractable spray booths are designed for manual painting application with side draft ventilation, for extraction of applied liquid paint overspray. The benefit of the retractable liquid spray booths is that saves space in the workshop.
STRUCTURE
It is manufactured from scissor system body, made of electro galvanized rectangular and circular tube structures and covered by PVC fabric material from outside. Moving system includes industrial wheels or rail & wheel system, recommended according to outdoor or indoor use and spray booth length. A curtain door is designed for closing the door during the painting application.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
Side draft ventilation provides high efficiency during painting application. The filter wall is manufactured modular from galvanized sheet metal, designed with shelves and emergency door at the two sides. Extraction fan is placed at the top of the filter wall, its electrical motor is placed out of the fan channel and there is no direct contact of the motor with the contaminated air in order to avoid the risk of spark.

Extraction filter is used as 2 stages with 99,9% efficiency, placed at the side of the spray booth filter wall. There is a pre-filter at the door curtain that maintains natural airflow inlet during extraction fan is operating.
