The machine is manufactured to order and can be individually configured according to customer requirements. The RB-1650 is equipped with four high-performance ABR-400 blasting turbines. Two turbines are arranged above and two below the conveyor, ensuring optimal coverage of the cross-section and uniform blasting results. The inner surfaces of the blasting chamber are lined with highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Other areas are protected by wear-resistant rubber, which also reduces noise levels. A closed blasting media circuit with screw conveyor, bucket elevator, blasting media cleaning, and dosing system ensures reliable and economical operation.
