All areas of the machine that come into contact with the product, including the drum and the base, are coated with at least 26 mm of yellow polyurethane (PU) to ensure a long service life. The 120 liter work bowl can process up to 50-60 liters of product per batch, depending on the shape and size of the parts. The deburring parameters such as time and speed are individually controlled via a manual touch screen. The addition of water and compound is done via a manually adjustable ball valve, which is included in the delivery. The finished products are discharged by tilting the bowl, a process controlled via the touch screen. The emptying speed is also adjustable via the frequency converter on the touch screen.
