Machine Description
1. Worktable
Sectioned vacuum worktable with six independent vacuum zones, manufactured from rigid and durable HPL panels, individually controlled directly from the electrical control cabinet.
Each vacuum zone is connected to the vacuum pump through an integrated piping system.
Main vacuum openings are equipped with sealing plugs, allowing efficient clamping of workpieces in various sizes.
The table surface features a network of vacuum channels, ensuring uniform vacuum distribution across the entire working area.
Integrated T-slots allow manual workpiece clamping when required.
The table is equipped with pneumatic positioning stops on two axes, enabling fast and repeatable positioning of workpieces in exactly the same location.

High-speed electro-spindle featuring an advanced air-cooling system, ensuring reliable operation and low maintenance.
