MECHANICAL SCREW PRESS FOR STACKING U-JOINTS PRK-2
Designed for staking u-joints as well as assembly and dissasembly of driveshafts during repair and remanufacturing process
Press can be used for the assembly and replacement of cardan joints in the repair and production of cardan shafts, as well as for other processes in which the pressing operation is used.
This press is designed for use in a repair shop and does not require any special knowledge for operation and maintenance.
Manual feed ensures precision and quality of stacking process.
The pressing mechanism is based on a ball screw, which has a high efficiency and a long service life.

Technological tooling for replacing stacked u-joints:
• Centering housing for the punches.
• Set of 8 bits for punching crosses with diameters from 20 to 31 mm for drive shafts.
• Set of 4 bits for punching crosses with diameters from 15 to 19 mm for steering shafts.
