Condition: used, Year of construction: 2017, machine/vehicle number: LC560, Used Processing Line for small dairy products 2000 L/h Milk Reception and Initial Storage The Used Processing Line for Small Dairy Products 2000 L/h begins with a milk reception unit consisting of two Lactofreeze tanks and a receiving pump. Initially, operators channel raw milk into the tanks, where it remains chilled. As a result, the system ensures thermal stability before processing. Furthermore, this setup minimizes the bacterial load while allowing continuous transfer to the pasteurization stage. Pasteurization and Separation Next, the pasteurization phase uses a plate heat exchanger with a retention section and auxiliary systems, all rated for 2,000 liters per hour. Specifically, the pasteurizer rapidly heats and holds milk at a predefined temperature to eliminate pathogens. Then, the GEA WESTFALIA separator—rated at 3,000 L/h—performs cream separation. Simultaneously, the RANNIE homogenizer (1,000 L/h) reduces fat globules, thus enhancing emulsion stability and preventing cream rise. Nwedpfxjw Ahg Rs Ag Isn Fermentation and Coagulation Following thermal treatment, the milk proceeds to fermentation. Here, operators use an insulated double-wall fermentation tank with a 1,000-liter capacity and planetary agitator. Consequently, they maintain uniform bacterial activity and precise temperature control. In parallel, a 1,000-liter coagulation vat equipped with a planetary mixer initiates the curdling process. Both tanks ensure optimal protein structuring for yogurt, cheese, and cultured cream products. Cheese Processing and Draining After coagulation, the Used Processing Line for Small Dairy Products 2000 L/h continues with cheese processing. The system includes a 500-liter vat with a draining sieve and two cheese draining tables. Therefore, operators can efficiently handle large curd volumes. Moreover, these components simplify whey separation while ensuring sanitary compliance. Additionally, their design supports easy cleaning and cross-contamination prevention. Packaging Operations Once products are ready for packing, the line integrates semi-automatic and automatic solutions. First, a semi-automatic filler doses pasteurized milk into 1-liter bags. Subsequently, the yogurt cup filler automatically fills and seals 75 mm and 95 mm cups at up to 1,800 units per hour. Meanwhile, the rotary labeling machine by ETICAP (2004) applies both front and rear self-adhesive labels on cylindrical cups. Importantly, the machine ensures consistent alignment and adhesion. Date Coding, Thermal Control, and Final Packing In addition, a Videojet 1220 coder (2019) applies expiry dates onto each product via belt conveyor. Further downstream, a vacuum packaging machine handles cream and cheese portions. Thermal utilities include a 115–150 kW solid fuel boiler (2014) with dual transfer pumps. At the same time, an ice water tank (5,000 L, 2014) and a cooling unit (2018) maintain temperature consistency across the line. Laboratory and Accessories Alongside processing units, the Used Processing Line for Small Dairy Products 2000 L/h features a dedicated laboratory. Specifically, it houses analytical tools for quality control and milk analysis. Additionally, the line includes 300 plastic crates for storing and transporting yogurt cups. System Shutdown and Storage Finally, operators shut down the line in September 2023. Before dismantling, they cleaned ...

Condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, SURDRY 6-Cage Oscillating Autoclave – Industrial Sterilization SURDRY oscillating autoclave with a capacity for 6 cages, designed for the sterilization and thermal treatment of packaged food products in industrial batch processes. The equipment incorporates an oscillating load movement system during the thermal cycle, allowing the packages to be kept in controlled motion during specific phases of the process. This technology is particularly beneficial for products where agitation can promote heat transfer and reduce process times, depending on the product, format, and recipe. Its 6-cage configuration provides a high processing capacity for continuous production industrial facilities. MAIN FEATURES -Manufacturer: SURDRY -Type: Industrial oscillating autoclave -Capacity: 6 cages -Application: sterilization / pasteurization -Oscillating load movement system -Batch thermal treatment -Horizontal chamber -Industrial construction in stainless steel -Large-diameter front door -Safety locking system -Motorized drive of the oscillation system -Control of cycle parameters -Integrated piping and valve system -Designed for industrial production -Integrable into automatic sterilization lines PROCESS The SURDRY 6-cage oscillating autoclave is designed to perform controlled thermal treatments on previously packaged products. The loaded cages are placed into the chamber, and once closed, the programmed cycle is carried out through different phases of heating, thermal maintenance, and cooling. During the treatment, the system allows for the application of a controlled oscillating movement to the load. Depending on the product, this agitation can improve internal circulation and promote faster and more uniform heat transfer. It can be integrated with: Njdpfx Aex Tilijg Iewn -Automatic loading and unloading systems -Cage conveyors -Basket loaders and unloaders -Cage transfer systems -Process water preparation equipment -Automatic sterilization lines APPLICATIONS Especially suitable for canning industries, manufacturers of ready meals, sauces, vegetable products, meat products, pet food, and other food industries that require industrial pasteurization or sterilization processes. Depending on the configuration and process, it can work with cans, jars, trays, pouches, and other packaging suitable for thermal treatment in an autoclave. The combination of SURDRY technology, oscillation system, and 6-cage capacity provides a particularly interesting solution for high-capacity industrial sterilization facilities. Machine available for inspection. Additional technical information, dimensions, additional photographs, or videos can be provided upon request.

Condition: used, Year of construction: 1993, Overview The GM Gera NAGEMA Arcade DS bottle washer was previously used in a brewery. There it was operated in single-shift operation. Since the sales volume has decreased, the beer of the brewery is now bottled at another location and this bottling line has become available. Due to the low number of operating hours and regular maintenance, the machine is in a very good condition. All basins and the machine body are made of stainless steel. Spare parts, such as bottle cells, are also still available. Furthermore, the main drive shaft, as well as the motor and gearbox were overhauled by SEW in 2018 and the carrier chain was replaced in 2015. The machine is still mounted and can also be demonstrated.
