A production line consisting of a fully automatic Küppersbusch ETT 5000-V wrap-around pressure-sensitive labeling machine for cylindrical containers, infeed and accumulation rotary tables, dosing filler, case sealer and flexible roller conveyor is offered. 1) Fully automatic Küppersbusch wrap-around pressure-sensitive labeling machine, type: ETT 5000-V, version for cylindrical containers with 3-roll system for front and back labeling, rated output: approx. 1200containers/h, bottle direction: right/left, bottle diameter range: 40mm-80mm, conveyor length: approx. 2500mm, conveyor width: approx. 82mm, conveyor height: 800mm +/-100mm, Küppersbusch ETT 4301/200 label dispenser, backing paper width: 30mm-200mm, label roll core: 76mm, max. label roll outer diameter: 280mm. 2) Küppersbusch infeed rotary table: diameter: 1000mm, version with V2A stainless steel tubular frame and plastic plate. 3) Küppersbusch accumulation rotary table, diameter: 1000mm, version with V2A stainless steel tubular frame and wear-resistant, noise-damping plastic plate. 4) Küppersbusch Micro TF 1/1 servo12 semi-automatic dosing filler, number of filling stations: 1, filling tube diameter: 6mm, number of dosing pumps: 1, pump capacity: max. approx. 12l/min, filling medium: flowable products, max. filling temperature: approx. 80°C, filling range: 10ml-500ml, feed hopper: approx. 5l, dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 600mm/600mm/600mm. 5) Case sealer, version for uniform case sizes, taping heads: 2 for 50mm adhesive tape, side drive: via two conveyor belts, min. case length: 150mm, case width: 105mm-500mm, case height: 60mm-500mm, max. case weight: 32kg, conveying capacity: 800cases/h, working height: 540mm-800mm, machine length: 1100mm, machine width: 950mm. 6) Flexible roller conveyor 1200 313 2KU: conveyor width: 300mm, pitch: 52mm-150mm, length: 4500mm at 150mm pitch, working height: 720mm-1150mm, roller diameter: 50mm, number of axles: 35, number of crosses: 2, number of legs: 3. In addition, a total of four rollers for different bottle formats are available. The support rods of the counter-pressure rollers were shortened for processing bottles with spray heads.
