The CORMAK BA1310 is a mobile electric strapping machine designed for securing cartons, multipacks, and other products arranged on pallets. The machine streamlines the preparation of loads for transportation or storage while reducing the number of manual operations performed by the operator.

The retractable guide, which slides underneath the pallet, makes it easier to pass the strap beneath the load, reducing the need to bend down or reach into difficult-to-access areas. After passing the strap under the pallet, the operator guides it around the load and places it into the tensioning and heat-sealing mechanism.

The built-in strap tensioner allows tension to be adjusted from 0–70 kg, making it possible to adapt the strapping force to the type of goods being secured. More delicate cartons can be strapped with lower tension, while heavier multipacks can be secured with greater force.

The ends of the PP strap are joined by heat sealing, eliminating the need for additional buckles or clips. This reduces the number of packaging materials required and streamlines the preparation of subsequent loads for shipment.

Easier Strap Routing Under the Pallet
The retractable guide makes it easier to feed the strap underneath the pallet and bring it out on the opposite side of the load. This solution reduces strapping preparation time and improves workplace ergonomics, particularly when regularly securing a large number of pallets.

The guide helps maintain a smooth workflow without the need to manually reach into difficult-to-access areas beneath the load.

Adjustable Strapping Force
The 0–70 kg tension adjustment range allows the strapping force to be matched to the type of product being secured. Lower tension reduces the risk of deforming delicate cartons, while higher tension helps provide more stable securing of heavier multipacks.

Correct tension adjustment improves strapping consistency and helps prevent goods from shifting during handling, storage, and transportation.

Durable Connection Without Additional Buckles
Heat sealing joins the ends of the PP strap without the use of metal or plastic buckles. This reduces the number of consumables required for packaging and simplifies load preparation for shipment.

Transport wheels allow the machine to be moved directly to the next pallet. This eliminates the need for a dedicated strapping station or for transporting every load to the machine.
