A.Celli Stream In Line – 668

The A.Celli Stream in Line 668 is a complete industrial in-line slitter winder designed for integration into medium- and low-throughput production lines for nonwoven fabrics and composite materials. The machine performs longitudinal web slitting and surface-driven winding of finished rolls. The slitting system uses 12 circular-knife units operating with band counter-knives mounted on a motorized expanding shaft. The configuration includes a motorized S-wrap, a motorized SUS supporting roller, edge-trim extraction, shaft supports, a bar acceleration mechanism and a roll holder. The web is guided through bowed spreader rollers to reduce wrinkles and folds. The machine is equipped with AC drives, a control cabinet, an operator panel, a desktop computer with monitor and industrial communication via Profinet and Ethernet TCP/IP.
