All major structural components of the mainframe are fabricated from welded steel plates using CO₂ gas shielded welding. After welding, the entire frame undergoes vibration stress relief to eliminate internal residual stresses. Key components are machined on advanced equipment such as gantry milling machines, large floor-type boring and milling machines, and large precision lathes, ensuring high overall accuracy of the machine. The mainframe is pre-tensioned using hydraulic nuts. The slide is connected to the piston rod of the main cylinder and moves up and down guided by the columns. T-slots are provided on the lower surface of the slide and the upper surface of the movable worktable for die mounting. The columns are made of high-quality 45 carbon steel with hard chrome plating on the surface; the column guide sleeves are made of composite material, offering excellent wear resistance and self-lubricating properties.
