Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, The CORMAK HBS260 metal bandsaw for cutting pipes, profiles and bars is widely used in locksmith and metalworking workshops where precision, quality and cutting speed are essential. The model features a pivoting arm from 0° to 60°. The frame design ensures precise and quiet operation. It has a removable chip tray for easy cleaning! Machine characteristics The CORMAK HBS260 horizontal metal bandsaw with a pivoting arm enables cutting perpendicular to the material axis and at any angle within the range of 0° to 60°. The material can be fed manually or by any mechanical device, while the tool feed operates automatically. The blade guides are fitted with special carbide plates and bearings, which have a significant influence on the blade’s guidance, service life, straightness, accuracy and cutting quality. The carbide guidance system greatly reduces machine and blade wear. The machine is equipped with an efficient coolant pump with a closed coolant circulation system. The saw arm is made from a single cast-iron element, and with the use of a 27 mm wide cutting blade, it enables series cutting of both profiles and solid materials. The vice is mounted on an adjustable base and features a quick-clamping system. The blade guides are fitted with hard metal (carbide) plates and rolling bearing systems. These carbide guides are responsible for the cutting precision and straightness. The upper part of the base is shaped as a tray for draining coolant and collecting chips generated during the cutting process. The base is fitted with a cast-iron worktable with a pivoting arm and a control panel mounted on a separate arm. In the cutting process, the main cutting motion is the movement of the cutting blade, while the feed is achieved by lowering the arm. The arm lowering speed (cutting speed) is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder. The feed rate is regulated via the saw’s control panel. Two blade speeds are available: 35 and 70 m/min. When the arm reaches its lower position (after the cut), the drive to the cutting blade is automatically switched off. Safety is ensured by blade guards and micro-switches that stop the motor after the cutting cycle or when any guard is opened. Additional protection automatically switches off the bandsaw in the event of blade breakage. The model allows cutting materials with a diameter of up to 230mm and operation at angles from 0° to 45°. Automatic downfeed of the saw arm, lowering adjustment by means of a hydraulic cylinder, a cooling system and a stable cast iron construction make this machine ideal for metalworking shops, production workshops and craft workshops. CORMAK BS912N metal bandsaw – precise angled metal cutting The CORMAK BS912N metal bandsaw is a professional machine designed for precise cutting of tubes, profiles and solid elements. Its solid construction, automatic tool downfeed and hydraulic adjustment of the saw arm lowering ensure convenient operation, repeatability and high cutting quality. The BS912N model allows cutting of materials with a diameter of up to 230 mm and making angled cuts in the range from 0° to 45°. This makes the machine suitable for metalworking shops, production workshops and anywhere that accuracy, stability and machining speed matter. Main advantages of the machine Automatic tool downfeed increasing convenience and cutting repeatability Hydraulic adjustment of saw arm lowering using a cylinder and an oil flow control valve Cutting at angles from 0° to 45° thanks to the swivelling vice Heavy cast iron vice ensuring stable clamping of the material Blade guides with carbide inserts and bearings affecting cutting accuracy and quality Cooling system supplying coolant to the blade and the cut element Wire brush cleaning the blade preventing the blade from clogging Automatic drive shut-off after completion of the cut by means of a limit switch Construction and technology The material to be cut can be fed manually or by means of any mechanical device. The tool feed is automatic, which makes the operator’s work easier and allows stable, repeatable results to be achieved. Rcsdpfx Aoy En E Sspdeh The lowering speed of the saw arm is adjusted by means of a hydraulic cylinder. The appropriate speed is obtained thanks to a valve regulating the oil flow between the cylinder chambers. This solution makes it possible to adapt the machine operation to the type of material being processed and the expected cutting precision. The required linear blade speed is obtained by changing the ratio on the belt pulleys between the worm gearbox and the drive motor. In the machine base there is a coolant tank with an electric pump, responsible for effective cooling of the blade and the workpiece.
