Year of construction: 1999, condition: reconditioned (used), Rotary tablet press EU1"-441 – 29 stations + EU-B – 43 stations This high-performance tablet press is designed for the production of tablets with a maximum diameter of 25 mm using the EU-441 rotor and a maximum diameter of 13 mm using the EU-B rotor. The tablet press is suitable for producing shaped tablets (guided tooling). Technical specifications Max. pressing force: 100.0 kN Pre-compression: 100.0 kN Max. tablet diameter: 13.0–25 mm Max. filling depth: 18.0 mm (with corresponding filling curve) Max. tablet thickness: 8.5 mm Dcodozl Tigopfx Ailjn Die speed: 15–120 rpm Performance EU-441: 26,100 to 174,000 tablets/h EU-B: 38,700 to 309,600 tablets/h The machine is equipped with four frameless, double-walled plastic doors. This makes the die table easily accessible for cleaning and tool changes. The main drive, gearbox, and a central lubrication system are located in the machine cabinet. At the rear of the machine is a connection for an external exhaust and filter system, which keeps the pressing chamber largely dust-free. Product feed The product is fed in via a stainless steel hopper and directed into the Fill-O-Matic mixing impeller shoe. From there, the dies are filled. The mixing impeller shoe can be easily removed for cleaning. The finished tablets are discharged via a discharge chute and collected. Rejected tablets are automatically separated via a sorting diverter. Monitoring system The machine features a monitoring system with: Tablet jam monitoring Level control Filling hopper monitoring Measurement of the resistance of the punches Ejection force measurement Individual rejection The system enables: Statistical evaluation Documentation via printer Permanent press force monitoring Automatic adjustment of the press force Automatic rejection of defective tablets Quick stop in case of exceeding limit values. Electrical equipment The electrical installation is located in a separate control cabinet, which can be positioned independently of the machine. The following additional devices can be connected: Vertical dust collector Metal detector. Scope of delivery Machine without tableting tooling Filling curves for: EU-441 (10 mm and 12 mm) EU-B (8 mm) The changeover rotor is located on a Fette rotor trolley, which is included in the scope of delivery. If required, a control system upgrade can be offered. Machine and operating manual as well as validation documents are available in German. Condition Approx. 34,000 operating hours Regularly maintained Very good mechanical and visual condition.
