Description
The ZERMA GSH series granulators are extremely stable machines for the toughest demands and tailored to the versatile requirements of a modern recycling operation.
The housings, manufactured in heavy steel/welded construction, withstand even extraordinary loads. Bearing, blade mounting and rotor shaft are far oversized and therefore extremely resilient. By simple retooling, massive lumps and thick-walled pipes as well as hollow bodies and foils can be shredded effortlessly.
Fpedpfx Afjghgfljion
Depending on the individual task (and also for temperature-sensitive materials), different rotor variants are available, but they all have one thing in common: the modern and superior V-cut technology.
All machines of the GSH series always deliver a high-quality regrind - whether from bottle crates, profiles, sheets, foils, or start-up lumps and tubes. They are economical, very reliable, easy to clean, and have a long service life.
In combination with the extensive range of ZERMA options, accessories (such as extraction systems, conveyor belts, metal detectors, fines separators, roller feed systems, etc.) as well as spare parts, an individually optimized size reduction system is created. The advantages are shown in a considerably reduced effort in terms of costs, time and personnel.
Sophisticated housing design
The housing is divided diagonally in the middle and the upper part with feed hopper can be opened hydraulically so that the rotor is completely exposed for knife changes and cleaning. The sieve insert is also held by a hydraulically swiveling sieve basket, and accessibility is thus optimal for removal and installation of the sieve. Reversible sieve insert.
Robust external bearing
Another well thought-out design feature is the bearing arrangement outside the machine. Robust roller bearings in steel bearing housings guarantee a long service life and are ideal for the toughest conditions. The external bearing prevents grease from entering the grinding chamber, and vice versa, grinding material or fines from entering the bearing. This is another significant advantage, especially when the machine is operated in wet conditions.
Flywheel
In order to compensate for shock loads during comminution, a flywheel is available as an option. For attachment, the rotors have a second shaft end as standard.
High operational reliability
All granulators comply with EC machinery directives and are CE marked. Accident safety is ensured, for example, by overrun protection devices with limit switches and hydraulically unlockable check valves.
