Could not test the boom due to a massive oil leak in the boom section or ram seals. Additionally, the two smaller engines that operate the boom could not be tested. I was also unable to lift the truck cab to inspect the engine fully, but visible leaks were present, with oil leaking from the PTO pump and gearbox. The truck ran and drove as seen in the video. There is no paperwork or keys for the boom lift cab.
