Description
Fumigation involves filling a space with a toxic gas to control pests/bacteria. As toxic gases are used, special safety measures are required. Fumigation is commonly used in the storage of organic materials (e.g., grain storage, in warehouses in ports, silos, mills), and also in churches to control woodworm.
This is a device used for disinfecting spaces. Formaldehyde is heated on the left hotplate and, together with condensed water (right hotplate), is placed into a room via an airflow, where it kills all bacteria.
