The machine is equipped with three nail guns with magazines for large nail coils. Each nailing pattern can include 1–3 nails and can also be clinched if needed. The boards are fed into cassettes with a very large buffer – three cassettes for stringer/under boards and one cassette for deck/upper boards. The machine is controlled and programmed via a modern, user-friendly software interface on a 10” touchscreen, using a Beckhoff control system. Thanks to the machine’s compact design, it requires a very small production footprint. At delivery, the machine arrives fully assembled, which makes installation fast and easy.
