For sale is an Oerlikon Nonwoven ecuTEC+ electrostatic charging machine, designed for the electrostatic charging of filter media.
The machine is intended for integration into a production line and processes material webs with a width of up to 1,700 mm. The material is guided through the machine by a system of deflection rollers and electrostatically charged using charging bars. The system is equipped with an HMI control panel and can operate in constant-current or constant-voltage mode.
The machine has seen very little use and is being offered due to changes in the production setup.

According to the manufacturer's documentation, the material is guided through the machine via seven deflection rollers and electrostatic charging takes place at four charging positions.

The machine is currently dismantled/disconnected from the production line.
