Year of construction: 2019, operating hours: 1,685 h, condition: good (used), Backers 2HTA Star Screen / Lindner ZetaStar 75 – Crawler Mobile & Hooklift System For sale is a versatile Backers 2HTA built in 2019 with only 1,685 operating hours. The machine was manufactured by Backers and was also sold under the name Lindner ZetaStar 75. The machine is ideally suited as a secondary screening unit behind shredders and pre-shredders. It performs especially well when processing bulky waste, commercial waste, green waste or waste wood, as the material is efficiently screened and the oversized fraction can be returned directly into the shredder via the hydraulically swivelable oversize conveyor. This eliminates the need for an additional excavator or wheel loader for material recirculation. Thanks to the flexible star and screen deck configuration, the machine can also be used for screening topsoil, wet clay soil, sand, compost or construction waste. The screening size can be individually adjusted; the machine is currently set up for material smaller than 60 mm. Modifications to the stars and screen deck are available at extra cost. The compact design allows easy transportation via hooklift system. On site, the machine can be repositioned quickly using the crawler track system. Technical specifications – summary (details can be found in the documents): Hot mixer: • Volume: 3500 liters – Usable volume: 2500 liters • Tip speed: 5-50 m/s • Made of duplex steel – 1.4462 stainless steel • Power drive with 400 kW FC controlled • Vacuum up to 150 mbar abs. Cold mixer: • Volume: 9000 liters – Usable volume: 7650 liters • Tip speed: 3.5 – 7 m/s • Made of 1.4541 stainless steel • Power drive with 90 kW FC controlled The operating principle is divided into two physically and apparatus-wise separate process phases: 1. The heating mixer phase (heating and homogenizing) • Mechanical friction: In the heating mixer, a modular mixing tool rotates at a high circumferential speed (approx. 10–40 m/s). The intense flow and vortex formation (mixing vortex) causes the particles of the mixture to rub intensely against each other. • Heating: This mechanical friction generates the necessary thermal energy directly in the product, quickly and evenly heating the material to the desired target temperature (sometimes exceeding 100 °C). • Recipe component addition: At the same time, all recipe components, such as additives, dyes, or liquids, are perfectly homogeneously distributed. An integrated aspiration system also ensures the dehumidification of the mixture. 2. The transfer • Once the target temperature defined in the process program is reached, a contoured, dead-space-free outlet opens on the heating mixer. • The hot, homogeneous mixture is transferred with minimal residue and quickly to the cooling mixer, which is located directly below or next to it. The heating mixer is then immediately available for the next batch. 3. The cooling mixer phase (gentle cooling) • Heat exchange: In the cooling mixer (available in vertical or horizontal design), the hot material is passed over cooled surfaces. • Water cooling: A targeted cooling water circuit in the double jacket (bottom and side walls) efficiently removes thermal energy from the dry blend. • Agglomeration prevention: A slow, material-friendly stirring mechanism keeps the mixture in motion until the final storage temperature is reached. This prevents caking (compaction) due to residual heat before the material is transferred to silos or further processing. Summary created with AI. Gsdpfx Asz Iww Rokyokc The units can be inspected in operation in the Netherlands. The system for sale was used in the R&D center of UBQ for development purposes. This explains the very good condition for the low number of production hours. We also have a steel structure available for the setup. This is not included in the price. If there is interest, it can be negotiated separately. Currently, the system is located outside of Europe – we need to determine whether direct transport is feasible or whether import to Europe by UBQ is more sensible (which would allow for a sale within Europe with a reverse-charge mechanism).

Year of construction: 2017, condition: excellent (used), Pipe cutting system with optical laser marking detection The FZH Vario Flex is a fully automated pipe cutting system. It is specifically designed for the precise and reliable cutting of stainless steel pipes (e.g., for fuel, brake, air conditioning, or hydraulic lines). The system features optical laser marking detection. The control panel allows you to choose whether the cut is triggered mechanically (e.g., on the back of a union nut) or fully automatically via the optical detection of a laser marking applied to the pipe. Thanks to the integrated rotating 3-jaw cutting head and a micro-spraying unit (minimum quantity lubrication), the processing is extremely tool-friendly. The pipes remain almost completely dry and free of coarse contamination. The entire process, from loading to clamping, cutting, and unloading, is highly automated and carried out in a material-saving cycle. Fully integrated labeling & traceability system: The system is designed for modern quality standards (Industry 4.0 / Automotive). After the cutting process, the barcode label is automatically generated, assigned, and printed for complete part traceability (traceability & system logging directly integrated). Due to two separate box output stations (rear sluices with sliding doors), the system automatically switches to the second station when a box is full. The removal of the finished KLT boxes takes place in parallel with the main operating time without machine downtime. Advantages of the Vario cutting head series compared to conventional cutting methods Shortest changeover times in non-cutting separation Material-saving and free of contaminants Chip-free Easy to maintain No cooling and lubricating agents required Short processing times Cuts all common materials Can be combined with common pipe magazines or from a coil Special designs are possible Technical data & capacities Maximum pipe length (feed): 1,000 mm Material specification: Optimized for stainless steel pipes (also with pre-assembled union nuts or crimped ends) Sensors & positioning: Optical sensors for the automatic detection of laser markings on the workpiece Feed system: Automatic drum magazine / vertical disc feed (for manual or automatic loading) Length adjustment: Manually adjustable to different pipe lengths using a mechanical handwheel Cutting method: Chip-removing sawing / Rotating cutting head with three-jaw clamping and cutting mechanism (up to 600 rpm) Coolant system: Integrated micro-spraying unit (MMS) for minimum quantity lubrication Control: Siemens SIMATIC HMI industrial PC with TFT monitor, keyboard and mouse Setup operation: Mobile Siemens Teach-In terminal for manual axis configuration and position storage Integrated labeling and barcode printing system Enclosure: Aluminum profile system with safety polycarbonate windows Logistics / output Integrated box placement station 2 separate box output stations for rear removal via protected sluice systems with sliding doors Suitable for standardized KLT containers (600x400 mm and 400x300 mm) Godpfxjzw Ukcj Akyjkc Manufacturer: FZH Engineering GmbH Type / Platform: Vario Flex Year of manufacture: 2017 Material: Stainless steel Cutting head: Vario flex Special features: Pipes with union nuts Diameter Ø 6-76 mm Output length L = 150-1,000 mm Separation based on laser marking Wall thicknesses: 1 to 1.3 mm Condition: The system is in excellent optical and mechanical condition.
