Condition: new, functionality: fully functional, Year of construction: 2026, The wobbler feeder is a feeding system that delivers superior performance, especially when handling large, sticky, and moist materials. Its structure, consisting of rotating elliptical rods, creates a vibrating motion during material flow. This motion separates fine materials from larger particles and provides consistent feeding to crushers and screens. As a result, clogging is prevented and the overall efficiency of the plant is increased. Cedpexqcn Aefx Afgohc Widely used in the mining, aggregate, and recycling industries, wobbler feeders are typically placed in front of primary crushers. This ensures that the material undergoes pre-screening in the initial stage. Its ability to operate without clogging, even with sticky and clayey materials, makes it an ideal solution for demanding conditions. Its mechanically simple design, ease of maintenance, and long-lasting performance keep operating costs to a minimum. With these features, wobbler feeders are a reliable choice for all plants requiring a continuous and balanced material flow. Condition: new, functionality: fully functional, fuel type: electric, Year of construction: 2026, The bunker of the PRO-150 Mobile crushers has been developed by our engineers as user-oriented to operate with high-level efficiency. The vibration speed of the vibrating feeding bunker is easily guided by the automation system which can be adjusted manually. This feature prevents the bunker from wearing out and provides the user with longer and more efficient usage. In order to avoid any performance loss due to the damp or muddy material processed in the crusher plants, the wobbler feeder contains all the necessary qualities. While the wobbler feeder has potential to process without any problems for many years. Aslo stands out with easy maintenance feature as well. The poor quality of material separated in the wobbler feeder is thrown into the bypass belt and therefore user get a high-quality final product. Additionally; if desires, the materials falling into the bypass can be sent directly to the screen thanks to the reversible conveyor in the bypass system under the wobbler feeder. FABO primary impact crushers are designed to crush soft and medium hard stones with high rotor speed. It is considered as the heart of the mobile system. With the help of high-speed rotating rotor crushing hammers, the products poured from the feeder are crushed with the help of pallets. Hydraulically adjustable rods allow the products to be obtained in the desired size. FABO folding type hydraulic belts send the right product to the crusher and the stock area according to customer requests after sorting through the vibrating screen. With foldable structure, the plant minimizes dimensions of the machine for the transportation. The number of stock belts can change due to customer requests. 10 mm EP 125 4-ply belt elastics moving on twisted sheets perfectly transport the aggregate coming out of the screen to the area desired by the user. Belt elasticity, which produced resistant to wear, offers many years of life without letting customer down. The flap system is a special system that allows the directly crushed material to be taken from the crusher with the help of the pre-stock belt without being screened in the mesh. The plant minimizes production time with its unique location just in front of the screen. Cjdpjz Iq Uvjfx Afgehc

Condition: new, functionality: fully functional, Year of construction: 2026, CONSTMACH vibrating feeder bunkers are high-efficiency equipment designed to ensure continuous and balanced feeding of crushers in stone crushing and screening plants. These bunkers are placed in front of primary impact crushers or jaw crushers to ensure a homogeneous flow of material. This increases the capacity of the crushers, balances the loads on the intermediate crushers, and ensures continuity in the overall production line. The vibrating feeding system prevents sudden loads, eliminating the risk of overloading on conveyor belts and thermal damage to equipment. Thanks to CONSTMACH's special design, the vibrations in the bunkers are smooth and balanced. This ensures both a steady material flow and extended machine life. Otherwise, uneven feeding could cause serious wear on crusher hammers, conveyor belts, and bearings. Using a vibrating feeder bunker helps reduce maintenance costs, increase operational efficiency, and maintain long-term performance throughout the facility. In the past 15–20 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry, developing numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood feeding, and stacking. We manufacture both standard machines and custom solutions, as standalone units or as part of complete production lines, tailored to our customers’ requirements. This machine is a flexible and efficient automatic board feeder, specifically developed for pallet production machines but also perfectly suited to other applications in the wood industry. The machine is designed to integrate seamlessly with deck nailers and leg nailers—regardless of brand or capacity. We have supplied automatic board feeding systems, among others, for nailers from Cape, Corali, Storti, IMH, IM Hart, Viking, and Mychrome. Thanks to the reliable vacuum system and the maintenance-free, one-piece feeder—based on our own solution developed and patented over 40 years ago—only minimal adjustments are necessary when changing formats. This results in short changeover times and high operational reliability. The machine comes equipped with a tiltable pack lifter, which inclines the package by approximately 10 degrees. This ensures that the boards remain stable and do not fall apart when the strapping is removed—even if the boards in the pack are not perfectly aligned. Optional equipment includes: - Automatic board turner - Vision/camera system - Automatic removal of spacers between board layers The result with these feeding systems is a reliable, flexible, and high-quality solution that enables more productive and cost-efficient pallet manufacturing.
