Known defect
The system is currently not operational.
After consultation with Voortman and Mr. Sobiech from Magma Industries, the cause is likely to be in the cooling circuit of the plasma source. According to the experts, the most likely causes of the fault are:

A final fault diagnosis has not yet been carried out.

The FZH Vario Flex is a fully automated tube cutting system.
It is specifically designed for the precise, reliable cutting of stainless steel tubes (e.g., for fuel, brake, air conditioning, or hydraulic lines).
The system features optical laser mark detection.
The control panel allows the user to select whether the cut is triggered mechanically (e.g., at the back of a union nut) or fully automatically via optical detection of a laser mark applied to the tube.
Thanks to an integrated rotating 3-jaw cutting head and a micro-spray unit (minimum quantity lubrication), the machining process is extremely gentle on the tools.
The tubes remain almost completely dry and free of heavy soiling.
The entire process—from loading and clamping to cutting and unloading—is highly automated and follows a material-friendly cycle.
Fully integrated labeling and traceability system: The system is designed to meet modern quality standards (Industry 4.0 / automotive). Following the cutting process, a barcode label is automatically generated, assigned, and printed to ensure seamless part traceability (tracking and system logging are directly integrated).
Equipped with two separate bin discharge stations (rear-facing hatches with sliding doors), the system automatically switches to the second station when a bin is full.
